August 29th - September 5th 2026
Languedoc, South of France
Rosé Retreats is a small, intimate luxury escape designed for women who want to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a week of self indulgence. Grab your favourite shades, a good book, and a glass of wine, and you’re all set. It’s not a yoga retreat or a cooking course; it’s a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy a few lovely and unique experiences while exploring the South of France at your own pace.
The Concept
Fancy grabbing a croissant and coffee to read a book under a tree in the villa’s grounds? Why not? Fancy wandering out for a coffee in the local medieval village, either on your own or with a new retreat friend? Be our guest.
Lounging by the pool all day with a glass of wine in hand? We’re all for it. Want to sleep in until 11? You do you.
Our goal is simple: for you to relax at your own pace, while we offer fun and unique activities along the way, exploring Mediterranean beauty, culture, and flavours of Languedoc in the South of France.
Rosé Retreats is themeless and carefree. Good food, good wine, good company and no responsibility are what's on offer.

The Villa
La Baronnie de Caux
La Baronnie de Caux is a old 19th-century winemakers' house in the heart of medieval Caux. The villa has been carefully renovated, keeping original details like high ceilings, tiled floors, and elegant masonry, while offering modern comfort. Step through the iron gates and you’ll find a walled sanctuary with gardens, a pool, and plenty of corners to unwind, read, or just enjoy the sunshine. It’s 5 minutes from the beautiful town of Pézenas and 20 minutes from the beaches, a perfect base for a mix of relaxation and gentle exploration.

ROOMS
Our 19th-century villa offers generous bedrooms, high ceilings and calm, light-filled spaces. All rooms are spacious doubles, designed for comfort rather than uniform hotel style. Except for the Luxury room, all other rooms share a bathroom with one other room. All bathrooms will be cleaned daily.
We host a maximum of 10–12 guests, ensuring space, privacy and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the retreat. All prices include shuttle service, food, wine and activities.
Space to slow down or
stay gently connected
For those who can’t completely switch off, or who simply enjoy working on a personal project in a beautiful setting, the villa offers several quiet, inspiring spaces to settle in with a laptop or a notebook.

The estate is set within a large, mature landscaped grounds, complete with a small open-air theatre, a pétanque court, and a belvedere, with plenty of corners to wander, pause, or simply do nothing at all.
Deeper into the grounds, the Chai Volcan, once used by the original owners to store wine, has been built from basalt stone sourced from a nearby extinct volcano. Today, it houses a cool, peaceful workspace, offering a discreet place to work if needed, without ever feeling intrusive to the retreat atmosphere.

A Moroccan-style courtyard, centred around a fountain, is the perfect spot to find calm and shade, ideal for reading a book, journaling or enjoying a moment of quiet when the afternoon heat sets in.

Meet Your Hosts
Rosé Retreats started quite simply. We’re a mother and daughter, both living in the South of France, and we wanted to create the kind of retreat we’d actually want to go on ourselves. We’ve lived in France for over 25 years, and in Languedoc for the past 12. It’s a region we know well, undiscovered, generous, and easy to enjoy. To us, it’s the perfect place to slow down, eat well, drink good wine, and spend time in the sun without overthinking anything.
Rosé Retreats aren’t about packed schedules or fixed routines. They’re about letting the days unfold naturally. Reading by the pool, long lunches, wandering into a village for a coffee, joining in one of the experiences on offer or doing absolutely nothing at all, all with the comfort of knowing everything has been taken care of.
These retreats are for women, organised by women. You can come on your own and enjoy having a double room to yourself, or share the experience with a friend, a sister, your mother, or any woman you love spending time with !
If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch. We’d love to hear from you and hopefully share a few sunny days, a glass of rosé, and the South of France together.
