Booking and cancellation policy
How do I book my place?
To secure your place, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by 9 April 2026.
What is the minimum number of guests for the retreat to go ahead?
Our retreats require a minimum of 10 guests. If this number is not reached, the retreat will be cancelled and all payments will be fully refunded.
What happens if the retreat is cancelled by the organisers?
If the retreat cannot go ahead for any reason (including not reaching the minimum number of guests), all payments will be fully refunded.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any travel costs already incurred, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.
What is your cancellation policy if I can no longer attend?

The deposit is non-refundable.

Any cancellation made after 9 April 2026 is non-refundable, as we commit to the venue and suppliers at that point.

If you are able to find someone to take your place, we are happy to help where possible.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made via bank transfer or directly through our website. A link and all necessary information will be sent after your initial enquiry.
Rooms & Accommodation
Can I book a room on my own?
Yes, single occupancy is available, but places are limited and subject to availability. Single rooms are priced as an upgrade.
Can I come with a friend / sister / mum / daughter?
Absolutely. Many guests choose to come together and share a room.
How are rooms allocated?
Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability and room type selected at booking.
The Experience
Who is this retreat for?
Rosé Retreats are open to women aged 18 and over, welcoming all generations. Many guests join with a friend, sister, or as a mother–daughter duo, while others come on their own, all are equally welcome.
What language is spoken during the retreat?
The retreat is hosted in English. Guests of all nationalities are welcome, as long as they feel comfortable communicating in English for group moments and activities.
Is this a wine retreat?
Not exactly. Wine is an important part of the experience, winery visits, tastings and daily apéritifs, but this is first and foremost a relaxed women’s retreat focused on slowing down, enjoying good food, beautiful surroundings and time for yourself. You do not have to be a wine drinker to enjoy thei retreats. There will always be an alcohol free option.
Is this a wellness or yoga retreat?
No. There is no yoga schedule or mandatory wellness programme. This is a laid-back retreat where relaxation happens naturally, at your own pace.
Are activities mandatory?
Not at all. All activities are optional.
Feel like joining a winery visit or spa afternoon? Great. Prefer reading by the pool, sleeping in or wandering the village? Also perfect.

Food & Drink
What kind of food is included?
All meals are included, featuring fresh, seasonal Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, shared around the table.
Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and daily apéritifs are part of the experience.
What about wine?
Wines are carefully selected by Anastasia, your co-host and private sommelier, with a focus on local and regional producers. Non-alcoholic options are always available.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian options are always available, and we do our best to accommodate allergies and intolerances.
Please let us know your dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Practical Information
When does the retreat start and end?
The retreat begins on Sunday 20th of June from 4pm. This first afternoon is dedicated to settling in, getting comfortable and easing into the week. A short welcome meeting will take place in the early evening, followed by apéritifs and a shared dinner.
The retreat ends on Saturday 27th of June morning after breakfast (exact departure details will be shared closer to the date).
Can I work during the retreat if needed?
Yes. For those who need to be available (or who want to work on personal projects), there is a dedicated working space available.
How do I get there?
Detailed travel information will be shared closer to the retreat, including nearest airports, train stations and transfer options. A shuttle service will be available to go to and from Béziers train station and airport as well as Montpellier airport.
Can I work during the retreat if needed?
Yes. For those who can’t fully switch off (or who want to work on personal projects), there are quiet working spaces available, including a shared office area in the former wine cellar.
