1. Where do your wine experiences take place?
Most of my workshops and tastings are held at your accommodation, whether it’s a holiday rental, private home, or event venue. I bring everything needed for the experience, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

2. How far do you travel for events?
I’m based near Montpellier and mainly cover the Languedoc region, but I’m happy to travel further upon request. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and duration.

3. How long does a workshop or tasting last?
Most wine workshops last between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on the theme and group size. Bespoke dinners or extended tastings can be tailored to your schedule.

4. Do you provide food during your workshops?
Some workshops  include local cheeses or small bites, but I can also collaborate with chefs or caterers fo
r food pairings. You’ll find details in each experience description, or we can create a custom pairing menu together.

5. Can you adapt to different levels of wine knowledge?
Absolutely! My experiences are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned wine lovers. I always adapt the tone and content to suit your group.

6. Do you offer workshops in French or English?
Yes, all workshops and events are available in both English and French, or a mix of the two if your group prefers.

7. How can we collaborate?
You can partner with me by adding wine experiences as an optional service for your guests,  from private tastings to wine dinners and curated wine lists. I handle everything from planning to delivery, so it’s easy to integrate into your offer.


8. Why work with me?
Working with me means more than just offering wine, I curate complete, thoughtful wine experiences that elevate your guests’ stay or event. With WSET Level 3 certification, proven experience at retreats and international wine events, and a focus on local, ethical producers, I bring expertise, flexibility, and a bilingual approach that ensures every experience feels authentic, engaging, and seamless.

9. What kind of experiences can you offer our guests?


I can provide:

  • Private wine tastings and workshops on-site

  • Curated wine selections for guest welcome packs or dinners

  • Wine pairings and presentations during special meals or retreats
     

Each collaboration is fully tailored to your property and clientele.

10. How does pricing work for partnerships?
I offer flexible models: either a commission per booking or a preferential fixed rate for your guests. Once we discuss your needs, I’ll send a clear proposal and pricing structure.

11. Do you offer long-term collaborations?
Yes. I love building lasting partnerships with gîtes, retreats, event hosts and individuals! Together, we can develop seasonal offerings, private wine lists, or recurring tastings.

Practical Details


12. How many people can join a workshop?
Most workshops are designed for 4 to 10 participants. For larger groups or events, we can adapt the format to ensure everyone enjoys the experience.

 

13. What equipment or setup do you need?
Very little! I bring the wines, glassware, tasting sheets, and any other materials needed. You just need a table and enough space for your group.

 

14. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made by bank transfer, card, or invoice for businesses. A deposit is required to secure your

booking, with the balance due before the event.

 

15. How far in advance should I book?
For workshops, booking at least one week in advance is ideal, especially during the summer season. For larger or bespoke events, the sooner the better, it helps secure your preferred date and wines.


16. What if I need to cancel?
Plans change,  I understand! For workshops, cancellations made 3 days before the event are 50% refundable. After that, deposits may be retained to cover wine purchases and preparation costs.
