Wine by Ana

I’m Anastasia, a bilingual sommelier and wine specialist, creating curated wine experiences across the South of France.

Having spent my childhood in Provence and most of my adult life in Languedoc, my work is deeply rooted in the culture, landscapes, and wines of the region. Southern France is not just where I work, it’s home.

With a background in international event planning and a WSET Level 3 certification, I bring both structure and intuition to every experience I design. I have worked on large-scale wine events and international competitions, while also collaborating closely with producers, private clients, and retreat organisers.

Today, my focus is on creating seamless, refined wine experiences, from sunlit apéritifs to thoughtfully curated dinner pairings, always adapted to the setting, the guests, and the rhythm of each retreat or event.

Alongside this, I regularly visit wine estates, contribute to wine writing, and take part in professional tastings and juries, maintaining a strong connection to both the industry and the people behind the wines.

 

I also contribute to wine tourism experiences recognised under the Vignobles & Découvertes label, a French certification highlighting high-quality wine and tourism offerings.

In the South of France, wine is inseparable from culture, cuisine, and the art of gathering. I approach each experience with this in mind, integrating wine naturally into the moment so it enhances the overall atmosphere of the retreat or event.
